Welcome back with another item of the day! I am Superpen2345, and today's item of the day is the Welcome Hat! It was available during the Russian Welcome Event (March 6-13, 2014).
This item is called the Welcome Hat because it welcomed Russians to Club Penguin! I think this item looks really cool as a winter item, don't you think?
